DEFINITIONS
Paintings are original works in acrylic on either canvas or artist cradled board.
Illustrations are combinations of hand drawing and digital illustration.
Painting/Illustrations are combinations of photographs of original paintings and digital illustration.
PRINTS
The printer is notified at the time of your order. Prints can take up to one week to be ready. I personally check each one before packaging and shipping them. If there is some reason a reprint is necessary, there will be a delay in shipping and you will be notified.
Prints are professionally printed on demand on fine art archival paper.
Print sizes 8 x 10in and 11 x 14in are shipped flat. Larger print sizes are shipped rolled in a tube.
Sizes are standard for easy framing options. There is a white border edge on all prints.
Not all work is available for print or in every size.
Prints do not include frame or mat.

SHIPPING PRINTS - are posted with tracking with Canada Post. I am not responsible for any customs fees, custom delays, or postal delays. Please use your tracking number and contact your local postal office for assistance.
SHIPPING SMALL ORIGINAL PAINTINGS - are posted with tracking with Canada Post. I am not responsible for any customs fees, custom delays, or postal delays. Please use your tracking number and contact your local postal office for assistance.
SHIPPING LARGE ORIGINAL PAINTINGS - are shipped using UPS Air. Shipping is quoted separately. Work is sold privately and not through the website. Please email me directly.
TAXES - Orders on all prints and original work outside of Canada are tax-free. Canadian orders have GST (5%) added at check out.
NOTIFICATIONS - You will receive automated notifications when you order and when your order has shipped.
REFUNDS
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Work must be returned at the buyer’s expense prior to receiving a refund. 20% fee retained for costs incurred.
